HYROX combines 8 × 1 km runs with eight functional stations, testing strength, endurance and mental resilience. Total movement distance reaches ~14.1 km with stations like 1000 m SkiErg and Row.

F45 builds great metabolic conditioning and introduces functional movement. For HYROX-level loads (e.g., 200 kg+ sleds) and sustained power output, it lacks the heavy eccentric work, maximal strength stimulus and broad energy-system training found in CrossFit® programming.
